We source from large-scale farmers, but the vast majority comes from smallholders. Throughout the year, our team is based on the ground, in as many production areas as possible. The major procurement areas include Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and Assam, whereas the smaller producing states are Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur. We help the farmers to improve their quality and in-turn fetch more price for their produce.

Our Products
TECHNICALLY SPECIFIED RUBBER
TSR (Technically Specified Rubber) or commonly known as block rubber is graded according to a variety of factors, including dirt content, ash content, volatile matter, colour and viscosity
They are chiefly used in the production of tires. Each major producing country has its own TSR standard with regard to the international ISO standard: ISNR (Indian Standard Natural Rubber) in India, and STR (Standard Thai Rubber), SIR (Standard Indonesia Rubber), and SMR (Standard Malaysia Rubber) being the standards used in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia respectively. Ribbed smoked sheets are USS (unsmoked sheets) that have been processed and smoked.
RSS (RIBBED SMOKED SHEET)
Ribbed smoked sheets are smoked rubber sheets that have been processed from USS (unsmoked sheets).
They are general classified into 5 classes according to purity, elasticity and colour. RSS1 denotes the highest quality, followed by RSS2, RSS3, RSS4 and RSS5. Ribbed smoked sheets serve as the raw material in the manufacture of many products, including car tires, conveyor belts, rubber pipes, shoes, and automotive parts.

LATEX
Concentrated latex is derived from field latex and has a dry rubber content of approximately 60%. Products are classified depending on the level of ammonia requirement as well as process requests.
Concentrated latex serves as the raw material in the production of products like gloves, condoms, baby pacifiers, elastic and adhesives.

Let’s start with examining the demand outlook for our products. Demand for rubber remains robust, and we expect continued growth in the decades ahead. An obvious driver of this demand growth is population. The global population is forecasted to grow from about 7 billion today to approximately 9 billion 25 years hence. Further, increase in living standards is going to play a major role in the demand growth. According to research by the Brookings Institution, the global middle class is expected to more than double by 2030. This is good news. It means longer, healthier and better lives for billions of people. As incomes in the developing world increase, more and more people will have access to consumer goods, automobiles and appliances, hence more demand for Rubber.
