Deliveries must consist of dry, firm rubber, slightly darker and TPC 1 with slight variation in shade permissible. Slightly mottled rubber, provided that this condition does not exist in more than 10 percent of the material shall not be objected to.

Discoloration, sour and foul odors regardless of cause, dust, specks, sand and other foreign particles, oil or other stains, or evidence of oxidation or heat is not permissible.
