Deliveries must consist of dry, firm rubber pf yellowish color with variation in shade permissible. Mottled and streaked rubber, provided that this condition doesn’t exist in more than 20 percent of the material shall not be objected to.

Discoloration, sour and foul odors regardless of cause, dust, specks, sand and other foreign particles, oil or other stains, or evidence of oxidation or heat is not permissible, other than specified above.
