Stage 1 – At Grower, Estate Level
- Visit the growers and estates to check their processes and ensure that:
- Ensure that they are using the correct size mesh filter to filter external particles like leaf and wood from the field latex before coagulation to form the sheets.
- Rubber sheeting machinery is clean and proper thickness of the sheet is maintained.
- Smoke house is in order and leakages are minimum. Soot of the smoke is minimised. The right temperature is maintained for the right amount of time.
- Rubber bundling and storage area to be clean. To make use of wooden/Plastic pallets on the floor and plywood/aluminium sheets on the walls to prevent the rubber bundles to come in direct contact of the walls so that water doesn’t seep into the rubber bundles and damage it.
- Check the rubber grading as per the parameter set out in Quality Checkpoint1 and Checkpoint 2 in the Product Process Flow Chart.
- Provide quality feedback and report any discrepancies to the authority in-charge and work with them to develop their quality further.

Stage 2 – At our Sorting Centre / Warehouse Level
- Rubber bundling and storage area are to be clean. We make use of wooden/Plastic pellets on the floor and plywood/aluminium sheets on the walls to prevent the rubber bundles from coming in direct contact with the walls, so that water doesn’t seep into the rubber bundles and damage them.
- All incoming rubber sheets are visually graded by our team of graders as per the parameters set out by the rubber board and summarised in the Quality Checkpoint1 and Checkpoint 2 in the product process flow chart. We give this step paramount importance, and hence the owners personally oversee this process.
- 3. Once the Rubber sheets are segregated, they are bundled and weighed using an electronic Weighing scale and are marked with chalk or paint (in case of RSS5). Bundles marked as RSS 4 or higher, are additionally packed in plastic.
Stage 3 – Transportation of Rubber to and from our Warehouse
All vehicles used to transport the material from the estate/ suppliers’ warehouses from various parts of Tripura to our warehouse/ the client’s factory are first asked to clean the body of the truck to ensure that the last cargo carried by the truck (for Eg. Jute, Rice or Tea) doesn’t contaminate the rubber bundles. All the drivers are asked to make use of good tirpals or plastic sheets to cover the material so that rainwater doesn’t damage the material. If the need arises, we ensure that the truck driver buys a new one.

By Following the Step by Step process as mentioned above, and close monitoring by us, we ensure that the quality is upheld at all time. We are known to deliver the quality as promised.
